When shopping at weaselwardrobe.com you will have to agree to below mentioned terms and conditions. We advise you to carefully read through it all before placing an order.
Colours
We cannot guarantee that colours shown on this website are true to life. The colours shown on your screen depends on the colour settings on your computer, tablet etc.
Payment
We accept creditcards (Dankort, Visa, MasterCard). Payment will be done secured through Freepay / Nets.
All prices are shown in Danish Kroner (DKK) and includes 25% Danish VAT.
When ordering from/shipping to a country within the EU you will have to pay Danish VAT, but no other taxes will be added to the Price.
Shipping
You will receive your order 2-6 working days from placing the order (Denmark 2-3 days / Europe 3-6 days). All orders will be shipped with GLS. Exact shipping cost depends on the destination. Before confirming and placing the order you will be informed of the shipping costs.
We currently ship to these destinatins (members of EU):
Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Italy and Republic of Ireland.
You can also choose “Local Pickup” (Free) and collect your order from our studio i Odder – DK. When your order is ready we will send you an e-mail and arrange pickup.
Return and Exchange
If for some reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days (from receipt) to return your item(s).
Please follow the instructions here.
Make sure to wrap the products carefully to avoid damage during shipping. You can reuse the original box.
We only accept items that are unused, unwashed and all tags, stickers etc. must be attached. You are naturally allowed to try on garments as you normally would in a regular store, but the garments must not be put into use.
Please be careful around make-up when trying on the clothes. We do not accept items that have been stained during try on.
You will have to pay for the shipping expenses when returning an item. Make sure you get a receipt and a tracking number when handing over the package to the carrier. Weasel Wardrobe does not take responsibility for lost items during shipping of returns. We do not accept parcels sent COD.
If you want a refund the payment (shipping cost not included) will be transferred to the credit card used when placing the order.
If you wish to exchange into a new product Weasel Wardrobe will pay for the shipment of the new order.

Warranty
Weasel Wardrobe offer a 2 year warranty according to Danish law.
Warrenty applies to flaws in fabrics or manufacturing defects.
Warrenty does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect use/handeling of the product.
Weasel Wardrobe will cover fair shipping costs.

We do not accept parcels sent COD.
Privacy policy
When placing an order, we will collect your name, address, e-mail, and phone number. This information will be used for handling your order only. It will not be handed over to any other organisation or third party.
