If for some reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can of course return or exchange your item(s).
All you have to do first up is to contact us by mail or phone and we will find a solution that suits your needs – refund or exchange to a different size/product.

You have 14 days (from receipt) to return your item(s).
Make sure to wrap the products carefully to avoid damage during shipping. You can reuse the original box.
We only accept items that are unused, unwashed and all tags, stickers etc. must be attached. You are naturally allowed to try on garments as you normally would in a regular store, but the garments must not be put into use.
Please be careful around make-up when trying on the clothes. We do not accept items that have been stained during try on.
You will have to pay for the shipping expenses when returning an item. Make sure you get a receipt and a tracking number when handing over the package to the carrier. Weasel Wardrobe do not take responsibility for lost items during shipping of returns. We do not accept parcels sent COD.
If you want a refund the payment (shipping cost not included) will be transferred to the credit card used when placing the order.
If you wish to exchange into a new product or a different size, Weasel Wardrobe will pay for the shipment of the new order.
